What does it cost to list?
Nothing up front. Listing is free — Modern Active Travel earns 10% only from confirmed bookings, separated automatically when the guest pays.
Are there fees on inquiries or cancelled bookings?
No. The 10% is charged only on a completed paid booking — never on an inquiry, a declined request, or a cancelled booking. And if a paid booking is refunded, our fee is returned as part of the refund, so you are never charged on money you did not keep.
Who sets my prices and availability?
You do. Your rates, your calendar, and your house rules are yours to manage from your owner account.
When does my listing appear on the site?
After we review and approve it. Nothing is published automatically — every listing is checked before it goes live.
How and when do I get paid?
Guests pay online through secure checkout. Your payout goes directly to your bank account with the 10% already separated — you connect your payout account once, after your listing is approved.
What if I need to change my listing later?
Edit it any time in your owner account. Changes go back through review before they appear publicly, so guests always see approved information.
